- When a potential member attends an event it is a first date of sorts… Only after getting to know each other over four or five days can we decide if we’re a good match for each other.
- At the event, they are being watched by our current members, staff, and our Intelligent Shrubbery™.
- After getting this feedback, we determine whether they would be a good fit for this group.
- If so, the algorithm believes they are kind, generous, look out for more than just themself, and have some god damn talent!
- Any new addition is an integral part of Baby Bathwater Institute’s tradition – Mixing Business With Pleasure like no other group!

How Do Event Tickets Work For Members?
One event ticket (worth $12,500) is included annually with membership. Members may purchase additional event tickets for $5,000, which is below cost.
We have three types of events available to members.
- Flagship Events: These are our larger events like Croatia and Cabo. They include both members and new attendees. All inclusive everything, full production, unique venues, great crowd, actionable content, live music, and much more…
- Members Masterminds: Intimate, small-group masterminds (from 20-30 attendees) dedicated to growing your business, your wealth, and your health. This is where you can get personalized attention, meet folks at a deeper level, while still enjoying amazing lodging, an unspoiled outdoor experience, and have delicious food.
- Adventure Trips: Small-group adventure trips (like Heli-Skiing and Surfing). Connect in a more intimate setting, push ourselves outside of the comfort zone, and tick some bucket list items off the list!

Membership is our Priority:
Believe it or not, Baby Bathwater spends the majority of its time on serving the member community, not just on throwing events.
We have two full time folks on our team 100% dedicated to serving member needs. This includes personal introductions, helping you get answers to your business and personal questions, and basically supporting your entrepreneurial reality.
This is our 7th year of having membership, and you will see that what the members value most is being part of the community, not just going to events.

A membership includes one event credit per year (worth $12,500).
About 40% of the members go to just one event a year, but use the community regularly. Again, it is not just an event company.
You have 9 chances in 2023 to go to an event, so a lot of folks who thought they only had time for one end up attending at least one more.
If you are asking, “Why can’t I just buy a ticket to an event and NOT join membership” here is another answer:
Because the priority of events is: Members, New People, then Returning folks…
It would be rare for you to be able to get a spot. The only event in 2023 where this would even be a possibility is Croatia, and you would have to just get on the waiting list and see what happens.
Your annual event credit included in membership will roll over to the following year as long as your membership is in good standing.
Beyond events, you will have unlimited access to our online group/resources and a team that is 100% dedicated to serving member needs. This includes personal introductions to folks we think you should meet, helping you get answers to your business and personal questions, and supporting your entrepreneurial reality.
