When a potential member attends an event it is a first date of sorts… Only after getting to know each other over four or five days can we decide if we’re a good match for each other.

After our events we review any new folks that we may want to invite into our core membership community. This includes getting feedback from our members, team, event staff, bartenders, and service staff.

After getting this feedback, we determine whether they would be a good fit for this group.

If so, the algorithm believes they are kind, generous, look out for more than just themself, and have some god damn talent!

Over the past ten years of hosting events, the community has intentionally and slowly grown to ~200 Members. We add ~25 members per year.

We have three types of events available to members, and they receive priority access.

• Flagship Events: These are our larger events like Croatia and Cabo. They include both members and new attendees.  All-inclusive everything, full production, unique venues, great crowd, actionable content, live music, and much more…
  
  
• Members Masterminds: Intimate, small-group masterminds (~20 attendees) dedicated to growing your business, your wealth, and your health.  This is where you can get personalized attention, meet folks at a deeper level, while still enjoying amazing lodging, an unspoiled outdoor experience, and have delicious food.
  
  
• Adventure Trips: Small-group adventure trips (like Heli-Skiing and River Rafting).  Connect in a more intimate setting, push ourselves outside of the comfort zone, and tick some bucket list items off the list!

Non-members pay $12,500 per event while MEMBERS enjoy 50% off at $6,250, saving over $6,000 per event. That’s less than our cost to get you all-inclusive, priority access. 

Additional event tickets for spouses, business partners, or C-level execs come with a 40% member discount.

*Heli-Ski Adventures are the only exception and are priced separately.

Membership is our Priority:

Believe it or not, Baby Bathwater spends the majority of its time on serving the member community, not just on throwing events.

This includes personal introductions, helping you get answers to your business and personal questions, and basically supporting your entrepreneurial reality.

This is our 7th year of having membership, and you will see that what the members value most is being part of the community, not just going to events.

Priority Access to Events:

For any of our events, the order of priority for tickets is:

1. Members Get First Dibs
2. Then New folks who have never been to an event get the next chance
3. Finally, if there is room or a last minute cancellation, then a previous non-member guest may be invited to attend.

A Deeper Level of Intimacy in a Long-Term Community:

Baby Bathwater is built for the long term. It is not a year-by-year thing. Members evolve with each other, are there for each other’s ups and downs, and basically have each other’s backs.

We are not going to grow this into a huge group, so the community will always be tight knit, accessible, and there for you.

Our next year-long Membership cohort starts January 1st, 2024 and runs through December 31st, 2024 before we renew/revisit for the following year.

The online group is where folks connect between events, business gets done, introductions are made, and questions get answered.

We have full-time staff entirely dedicated to helping our members get the most value from the group.  This includes personal introductions to folks we think you need to meet throughout the year, making sure your questions in the online group get answered and serving as a support system to help you navigate whatever comes up over the course of your life and the life of your business.

In addition, we will use other means to keep you in the loop on the group and support you between the events, including a twice-weekly email with a full download on the discussion topics, gives, and needs from the group, and personal introductions throughout the year to other members we think you need to meet.
