Niraj is an entrepreneur, investor and board advisor focused on the Real Estate and Health & Wellness industries.

His bigger picture goal? Improve people’s lives at scale.

From where we live, work and play (Real Estate) to how we care for ourselves and each other (Health & Wellness) – working side by side with the business owners that serve these essential industries.

Surviving a sudden, serious stroke at just 30 woke him up and reshaped his outlook on life.

Fortunate to recover, starting a successful business opened the door to other ventures, as well as the privilege to invest in and advise other businesses.

In the last 12 years Niraj has founded or co-founded 5 businesses – in Real Estate, Wellbeing & Tech – and has invested in, advised or mentored over 50 business owners in Europe and North America to help them to improve and grow their companies.

Today his company, DKZ Equity works with business owners operating in the Real Estate or Health & Wellness sectors who want to either expand or enhance their enterprises, or have the option to exit for the highest possible return in the next 0-36 months.

Alongside business, Niraj’s primary passions and pursuits are:

*Exploring meditative practices, brain/mind performance and wellness technology;
*Levelling up in personal investment and wealth management;
*Frequent adventures in travel, snow and mixed drinks.
