Anh founded Proficient Profits after witnessing too many hard-working entrepreneurs with genius ideas fail due to poor cash management and lack of strategy.

She discovered her skills at identifying patterns and exploiting inefficiencies when working as an Auditor after graduating college. The problem was that her creative ideas were limited by the scope of her auditing role. She wanted to be involved in forward-facing strategies rather than just reactive solutions.

That was the catalyst that led Anh into the entrepreneurial world.

Over the past 8 years, Anh has held roles as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Revenue Officer at multiple startups across different sectors. Although the most important conversations might happen in the board room, Anh personally love rolling up my sleeves and joining entrepreneurs in the trenches with their team.
