DAVID BOGER

David graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry, specializing in Natural Resource Conservation. He continued on to graduate studies at the University of Denver where he received a Master’s Certificate in Geographic Information Systems.

He then worked for Outward Bound Wilderness for several years before moving into a director position at the Art Institute of Colorado. David held several positions at the college and his final role was managing the residence life and house department where he specialized in expense management, professional development, and increasing net operating profit margins.

Later, Mr. Boger started Jiberish clothing in 2004 and still maintains his managing director role with the company. Jiberish started with 12 tee shirts and 12 sweatshirts and has grown into a seven-figure reveune business with retail accounts in 18 countries. Jiberish also has two flagship stores in Denver Co (the LoHi store) and Park City Utah (the Vault store). David was appointed by Gov. John Hickenlooper to the Colorado Creative Industries council(CCI) where he has maintained his board seat since 2010. This organization sits inside of the Colorado state Office of Economic Development and International Trade(OEDIT) and helps over see state art grants and public art appropiations. In 2014, CCI awarded $1.5Million in state and federal funds to art, dance, theather, cultural, and other creative non profit organizations.

In his personal life, David is an avid outdoorsmen, hunter, and is very involved with his family and community. He is also an aspiring yogi and plays music.
