Guests will need to arrive at the Vancouver International Airport by EOD on Wednesday, February 10th, and secure their own lodging at the Fairmont Vancouver Airport Hotel for the evening.

Our charter flight to Williams Lake Airport will depart at 11:00am on Thursday, February 11th from the Sky Service building. Check-in for this flight starts at 10:15am and transportation will be provided.

After a morning of skiing on the final day of your Silvertip tour, you will be heading back to Williams Lake Airport (YWL) to catch your charter to the Sky Service building. Transportation will be provided between the Sky Service building and Vancouver International Airport (YVR) from which guests will each catch their respective commercial flights.
Exact departure time from Silvertip Lodge to Williams Lake Airport (YWL) to be confirmed by staff.
We will depart from Williams Lake Airport (YWL) to arrive at the Sky Service building in Vancouver by 2:00PM.

Arrival Instructions:
We will fly from the Sky Service Building to Williams Lake Airport (YWL) the morning of February 11th. From Williams Lake Airport, a helicopter will transport us for a 45-minute flight to Silvertip Lodge. From Vancouver International Airport (YVR) the estimated total travel time is approximately 2.5 hours to Silvertip Lodge.
Arrival Day:
Once at Silvertip Lodge, we’ll be served a delicious lunch followed by a thorough safety orientation. In the afternoon, we’ll be able to relax, shake off the jet lag, enjoy Silvertip’s spa facility and settle in. A gourmet dinner will be prepared by the Silvertip Chefs and served at 7:00pm.
Ski Days:
We’ll start each day with a yoga and stretch class followed by breakfast at the lodge. After breakfast, we’ll gear up and fly out. The 212 helicopter will provide unlimited vertical for our private group to ski all day and enjoy lunch in the mountains. Before sunset, we’ll return to the lodge for après ski drinks, sauna, hot tub and massage and dinner.
Departure Day:
After a morning of skiing on February 15th, we’ll head back to Williams Lake Airport (YWL) to catch our charter to the Sky Service building. Transportation will be provided between the Sky Service building and Vancouver International Airport (YVR) from which guests will each catch their respective commercial flights.
