Our education is tailored to you.
We don’t do stale, recycled business advice. Every content session is led by real founders, sharing what’s working now. No fluff, no filler, no thinly veiled sales pitches. Because every attendee is personally invited and fully invested, we tailor the content to who’s in the room. That means every session is relevant, unfiltered, and packed with practical insights from people in the trenches.
Here’s a peek at the 18+ content sessions we will have in Hilton Head:
Stability is gone and yesterday’s playbooks aren’t coming back. In this session, Miranda Lievers will share practical tools for leading through constant uncertainty, whether you’re mid-pivot, rethinking priorities, or making tough calls in the dark. You’ll leave with a rapid prioritization model, a triage protocol for messy decision-making, and a systems-thinking framework for moving faster without losing the big picture.
Generative AI is rewriting the rules of discovery. In this session, John Hall will unpack Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and how platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Reddit are reshaping visibility, trust, and revenue. You’ll leave with a roadmap for integrating GEO into your digital strategy, plus practical steps for thriving in an AI-first search environment.
Chas Smith and Kevin Gianni know the highs and headaches of juggling multiple product lines. From regenerative meat subscriptions to global skincare brands, they’ve built across categories while protecting quality, profit, and people. In this candid conversation, they’ll share lessons from the trenches on scrappy beginnings, hyper-growth, and the realities of scaling SKUs without burning out your team, or yourself.
Every visionary CEO needs the right second-in-command to turn big ideas into results. In this session, Cameron Herold shares what makes a great COO, how to recruit and onboard effectively, and the systems that create a powerhouse CEO-COO duo. Drawing from decades of coaching and scaling companies (including growing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? from $2M to $106M) he’ll reveal the common missteps and proven practices that double revenue, increase profits, and free up CEOs to focus on the big picture.
Every major leap in human capability has left behind leaders who failed to adapt, and AI is moving faster than any before it. In this session, Joe Mechlinski shares the five most common mistakes leaders make with AI adoption, from cultural resistance to operational blind spots.
You’ll learn how to build a culture that embraces AI, measure adoption in ways that sustain momentum, and go beyond obvious use cases to create hidden strategic advantages.
Hiring Chief AI Officers won’t cut it. The real competitive advantage comes when frontline employees act as AI architects, turning $20/month tools into million-dollar solutions. In this session, Carter Jensen will share the framework he’s seen unlock massive wins, from cutting marketing hours by 80% to closing multimillion-dollar supply chain gaps.
Most leaders don’t need more AI tools, they need the right framework. Rachel Woods introduces the AI Operator role and her proven CRAFT cycle: a step-by-step process for turning messy workflows into reliable AI-driven systems. This session will move past hype into execution, showing exactly how to operationalize AI across functions and scale without drowning in complexity.
Your business will only ever grow as fast as your leadership team allows it to. The problem? Most entrepreneurs wait too long to make changes at the top—out of loyalty, uncertainty, or fear of disruption. In this session, Jay Berard will share a practical filter to evaluate, evolve, and, when necessary, upgrade your leadership team. You’ll learn how to distinguish between “good enough” and the kind of A-Players who can transform the trajectory of your company.
As machines grow more intelligent, our work as humans is to grow more wise. In this session, Jeff Burningham (tech entrepreneur, investor, and author) draws on lessons from hundreds of startups and public leadership to explore how AI mirrors our own growth cycle.
He’ll walk through disruption, reflection, transformation, and evolution, showing how family, education, business, and politics must be reimagined in an AI-driven world.
AI hype is everywhere, but let’s be real, a lot of it is a big waste of time and money. In this tactical session, Chris Daigle cuts through the noise to show how lean teams can turn AI into a profit engine without hiring armies of consultants or chasing $50K “science projects.”
You’ll learn which AI plays actually save time, reduce costs, and open growth opportunities… and which red flags signal expensive mistakes.
Most financial advisors claim they work with entrepreneurs, but few truly understand their needs. In this session, Hart Williams shares how to spot the gap, find an advisor who actually fits the entrepreneurial context, and use that relationship to your advantage as you scale. You’ll walk away with clarity on the three stage gates of financial freedom, why optionality matters, and how early exit planning can create long-term impact.
Most people treat networking like a numbers game… more handshakes, more coffee chats, more exposure. This session takes a different approach, focused on creating high-quality, human connections that spark opportunities and friendships without being transactional or performative. Niraj Shah will share the mindsets, frameworks, and micro-tactics he’s used to build businesses, land advisory roles, and form lasting friendships—so you can create relationships that make business (and life) both more enjoyable and more successful.
In a world drowning in hype and synthetic everything, “real” might be the last true advantage. In this session, you’ll explore how to cut through AI fatigue, rebuild trust, and re-anchor your business around what actually matters.
From going analog to optimizing for oxytocin over dopamine, Ryan Levesque will break down how to create an “unscalable moat” that makes your business more durable, and more human.
Not every business is built to last, and knowing when to double down versus walk away is one of the toughest calls a founder will face. In this session, Emily Blain shares hard-won lessons from subscription-based DTC brands that made it (and ones that didn’t).
You’ll learn the signals that point to staying the course, the realities behind exits that aren’t $50M headlines, and why shutting down isn’t failure but a springboard for what’s next. Expect clear, practical takeaways on cutting expenses, scaling what already works, and testing every dollar you spend.
As AI search reshapes how people find answers, will your business show up, or disappear? In this session, Dan Hinckley breaks down how platforms like Google AI Mode, AI Overviews, and ChatGPT decide what content to surface, drawing from real examples and patents.
You’ll walk away with nine actionable tactics to align with what AI already favors, structure content so it’s machine-readable, and make key technical updates to stay discoverable and measurable.
Our guestlist is a highly-curated melting pot of brands, services, investors, mentors, thought leaders and up-and-comers. This special stew will catalyze growth and leave you filled to the brim with the energy, support, and relationships needed to carry out your lofty ambitions.
This event is your safe, pitch-free place to grow. No one’s gonna ask you to sign up or buy anything. The person you sit next to at lunch won’t try to recruit you or give you the hard sell.
Along with never being pitched and never being asked to open your wallet… this also means that all your other inhabitants are more comfortable kicking back and getting real here than anywhere else.
All attendees are pre-vetted over a 45 minute interview call.
Things we don’t give a damn about:
✖️ How much money you make
✖️ If you are considered “a big deal”
✖️ Who you know
Now here is what we DO care about:
✔️ You’re a nice person—we’re from small towns and we’re pretty good at reading people
✔️ You’re a “giver,” not a “taker”
✔️ You have useful business skills… You know what you’re doing
✔️ You LOVE who you’re selling to… We call it the “Give a Shit” factor
✔️ You aren’t scamming people or doing anything unethical
✔️ You’re fun, easy to talk to, and self-reliant
A glimpse into the peer group you will meet – real folks on their own version of a similar path.

Collectively, they have seen it all, and they’re ready to share their knowledge with you!
