BABY BATHWATER’S MEMBERS MASTERMIND

July 14 – 17, 2026 | Colorado Springs, CO

Time to Prepare for the
Experience of a Lifetime

Unlike other Baby Bathwater events, the more you prepare, the more you’ll get out of it.

This event is designed to be highly personalized – shaped around the goals, challenges, and questions you bring with you.

During the event, you’ll have the opportunity to dive into the topics most relevant to you, connect with the right people, and get meaningful perspective on what you’re navigating in real time.

We spend quite a bit of time preparing for this experience, so please complete the following information in depth – the more we know, the better we can design the event around what you actually need.

Important Details:

  • Attendee Info Form: Please click HERE to complete your form so that we can learn more about your goals for this event. With your content answers, we’ll be able to pair you with fellow attendees who can support you in your goals.

Please Read Everything Below So You are Clear on All of the Logistics…

Cloud Camp is located on top of Cheyenne Mountain in Colorado Springs. It is operated by The Broadmoor, which is where we’ll first meet for the event, then commute up the mountain to Cloud Camp.

On Tuesday, July 14th, there will be shuttles leaving The Broadmoor South Tower at 1:30 PM, 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM. Please use the arrival time guidelines below for your flight:

If you are landing at Colorado Springs Airport (COS), we recommend landing no later than 3:00 PM.

If you are landing at Denver International Airport (DIA), we recommend landing no later than 2:00 PM.

Baby Bathwater will have shuttles available at both airports headed to the Broadmoor on Tuesday, July 14th if you need transportation.

If you would like to fly in a day early, we recommend booking at the hotels below:

If you are flying to Colorado Springs Airport (COS) early, we recommend booking at the Broadmoor or Cheyenne Mountain Resort. If you choose to stay at Cheyenne Mountain Resort, you will need to arrange transportation to the Broadmoor on Tuesday, July 14th. Cheyenne Mountain Resort is only 2 miles away so Ubers should be easy and readily available.

If you are flying into Denver International Airport (DIA) early, we recommend staying at the onsite Westin hotel. From there, you will be able to take the BBI provided transportation from DIA to the Broadmoor on Tuesday, July 14th.

On Friday, July 17th, there will be shuttles leaving Cloud Camp at 7:30 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM headed to Denver International Airport (DIA) and Colorado Springs Airport (COS).

If you are flying out of DIA, plan on a 2.5 hour commute from the top of the mountain to the airport.

If you are flying out of COS, plan on a 1.5 hour commute from the top of the mountain to the airport.

We will share a full itinerary closer to the event start date but please read below to get an idea of how you’ll spend your time with us at Cloud Camp:

Day 1: Arrival to the Broadmoor
While the event takes place at Cloud Camp, we must first check in at the host property, The Broadmoor. Once you arrive at the Broadmoor, you will be directed to our welcome area. From there, we will have shuttles heading up the mountain to Cloud Camp at 1:30PM, 3PM, and 4:30PM. We’ll get settled in, have dinner and finish off the night with some good times.

Day 2 & 3: Fun on the Mountain

Amidst morning wellness, outdoor recreational activities, amazing meals and patio mountaintop views, this event will have a heavier focus on personalized content. Check out more information on the content sessions you’ll experience below:

  • Content sessions: We’ll start with a central question and build from there, as topics naturally emerge based on what’s most relevant to the group. Throughout the event, our facilitator will help guide the flow from vision → strategy → execution, while giving you the freedom to move between conversations, go deeper where it matters, and engage where you’re learning and contributing the most. The goal isn’t to sit back and absorb content, it’s to create it together. Expect the kind of honest, high-signal conversations that typically happen in the hallway… just made intentional.

This event is designed to evolve in real time. We’ll take the themes, goals, and challenges shared ahead of time to shape an overarching direction, then bring it to life using an Open Space format – where the most valuable conversations aren’t predetermined, they’re created by the people in the room.

  • Spotlights: This will be the last session of the event where we’ll have all attendees share their major takeaways and the one task they’d like the group to hold them accountable for completing

Day 4: Departure Day
On our final day, brunch will be available throughout the morning. We’ll have shuttles leaving Cloud Camp and heading back down the mountain to the Broadmoor at 7:30AM, 9AM, 10:30AM, and 12PM. If needed, we’ll also have shuttles available to take you back to Colorado Springs Airport or Denver International Airport. The event officially wraps up at 12PM.

The Cloud Camp Property sits at 9,000 ft above sea level so keep in mind that it will be colder at the top of the mountain than it is down in Colorado Springs.
