Katrina is a mum of three who is always tired and a bit frazzled. She founded Join Talent (JT) in 2018 after spending nearly 20 years in the corporate world trying to figure out what she wanted to do when she grew up. Building and running a business turned out to be her passion and she continues to lead the company as CEO to today.

Katrina is passionate about all aspects of talent acquisition, and her story is a classic example of a client turned founder – she noticed what wasn’t working and decided to build the solution she felt everyone really wanted. In 2023, Join Talent was listed as the 11th fastest-growing company in Europe and the number 1 fastest-growing company in the UK, which she believes is proof that her hypothesis was right!
