Matthew assists companies and entrepreneurs in recognizing, mitigating and managing risk. He provides counsel related to corporate formation, day-to-day corporate issues, and ensures compliance with federal and state securities laws. Matthew has completed numerous venture capital financials, mergers, acquisitions, strategic relationships, and technology licensing arrangements. He has a track record of developing and implementing creative solutions to complex legal problems.

Matthew is a member of the New York City and New York State Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
