Sam’s life revolves around his beautiful wife Katie, his business, their dog frank and his wonderful family. Sam and Katie play real estate as a side gig with the hopes of one day making it a full-time endeavor. A big driver of that goal is the family construction business that Sam bought from his dad in 2019. Cain Construction specializes in concrete construction for the residential and small multi-family industry. None of this would have been possible without Sam’s dad starting the business back in 1981. He took a chance and succeeded. Sams goal now, is to grow both the concrete business and real estate with his wife. Sam and Kaite have big ideas about what it can be and are excited about the future.
