- Event App: If you are a Baby Bathwater Member, or have used our app since January 2025, your Baby Bathwater App should automatically update to include the Texas details. If this is your first event or you are not currently in our app, check your inbox for an email with the subject line “Your invitation to Texas 2026 Attendee Access To The Tub in Baby Bathwater Institute”. Click “Access Now” so you can see more details about the event. In the weeks leading up to the event, we will release the guestlist, social feed, and, lastly, the schedule.
Please Read Everything Below So You are Clear on All of the Logistics…
Day 1: Arrival in Texas
We’ll provide transportation on Monday, November 9th from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) to the venue between 12PM – 5PM local time, every hour, on the hour, making your arrival as seamless as possible. Things officially kick off at the venue at 2PM. Please note that you will not be allowed to check in to your room before 4PM but we will have drinks and snacks available in the meantime.
Days 2 & 3: Fun by the Water
Each day is jam packed with activities! We’ll have morning wellness, a full day of engaging content sessions, and water recreation activities throughout the day. You’ll have time to unwind in between sessions and meals, and we’ll end each day with dinner, live music, and good times.
Day 4: Departure Day
On our final day, brunch will be available throughout the morning/afternoon, and shuttles to the airport will run at 6AM, 8AM, 10AM, 12PM, and 2PM. The event officially concludes at 2PM on Thursday, November 12th.
In order to take advantage of Baby Bathwater provided airport transportation, you will need to arrive at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) between 12PM – 5PM local Texas time on Monday, November 9th.

Baby Bathwater will be providing transportation back to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) on Thursday, November 12th from 6AM – 2PM local Texas time, with shuttles departing every two hours. It is a one hour and 30 minute commute from the venue back to the airport.

Temperatures range from around 70 ºF during the day and 49 ºF in the evenings.

We will provide your lodging information when you arrive at check-in on Monday, November 9th.
All Baby Bathwater Events are strict No Pitching environments. You’re here to learn, develop relationships, and have Good Times (not to sell, get clients or hire vendors). We generally discourage conversations on the topics of Religion, Sex, Vaccines, and Politics (R.S.V.P.), and encourage you to do your best to find something else to relate to people about. We ask that you only take photos of people when you have their permission to do so, and similarly, if you’re posting on social media, etc., we require that you get expressed consent from those in your photos/videos before posting them. And as always, if you need help with anything, ask any Baby Bathwater crew member and we’ll do what we can to get you sorted.
